Each paste has been made with natural and locally sourced ingredients to get you the most authentic Thai culinary experience. Free from artificial flavours, colours or additives, adding a true taste of Thailand to your recipes!

Our Thai curry pastes come in five exciting flavours, Green, Red, Panang, Massaman and Yellow Curry Paste and are available in 1kg and 400g resealable tubs.

Lotus Green Curry Paste
Distinctively flavoured, Lotus Thai Green Curry Paste combines an intense blend of green chillies and peppers. Added to the blend is a traditional mix of Thai herbs and spices to create a wonderfully intense paste.
Lotus Red Curry Paste
Lotus Thai Red Curry Paste is a vibrant concentrate containing oriental ingredients like fresh red chillies, garlic, ginger, galangal, lemon grass and pepper. This is a full flavoured, spicy hot paste that will go perfectly in curries and marinades.
Lotus Panang Curry Paste
Lotus Panang Curry Paste is a perfect ingredient for those wanting to taste authentic Panang curry. The paste comes from a rich blend of exotic ingredients such as chilies, garlic, spices, lemongrass, shallot, kaffir lime peel, galangal and shrimp paste to produce a delicious and mouth-watering taste sensation.
Lotus Massaman Curry Paste
Lotus Massaman Curry Paste is full of depth and rich in flavour. The paste is made with galangal, lemongrass, garlic and shallots, making it a rich curry experience.
Lotus Yellow Curry Paste
Thai Yellow curry originates from the Southern region of Thailand, influenced by the melting pot of spices of the Far East. Lotus Yellow Thai Curry Paste creates a very mild aromatic curry which is great with meat and vegetables.
